A fab way to pack lots of vegetables into your diet. This versatile, ready in less than ten minutes dish is a great dish to stave off hunger quickly. Use whatever ingredients are in your fridge that need eating up for an easy way to use up leftovers.
Grate half a cauliflower, dice one onion, one stick of celery, three of four large chestnut mushrooms, a couple of cloves of garlic and one pepper, (colour of choice) fry in a level tablespoon of coconut oil, season with salt n pepper.
